A drunk walks into a bar and notices a banner that says "win $10,000; ask bartender for details".He asks and the bartender says "well, you see that man at the end of the bar?". The drunk looks over and sees a huge, burley dude. The bartender says "if you can knock him out with one punch, you go to the second step...The door right behind that big guy opens into a room containing an alligator with a sore tooth. If you can pull his tooth and come out alive, you move on to step three...Those stairs next to the door go up to an eighty year old hooker's apartment. She has never been satisfied by any man. If you can satisfy her, you win the money!"
The drunk says ok and orders a double shot of whiskey. He belts that down, walks to the end of the bar and POW!, knocks the big dude out. He orders another double, belts it down, walks to the door, steps inside and closes the door. BAM, CRASH, GROWL is all the bartender and patrons can hear for a few minutes and then total silence. Five minutes later, the drunk walks out of the room bloody, clothes shredded. He orders another double, drinks it and says "o.k., where's the hooker with the sore tooth?".

I have known Dave and have been using VIP Bartending and Event Planning Services(http://www.vipbartending.com/) for almost five years now.
My first experience with Dave was when my husband and I were hosting a party at our home over four years ago and our bartender cancelled at the last moment. I called VIP and Dave was able to help us out. He did such a professional and outstanding job at our summer party that we never looked elsewhere for a bartender and have continued to use VIP’s services ever since.
Since that time, we have used VIP for over 5 parties in our home as well as my sister’s home. We also used VIP at our wedding in 2003 where we hosted over 150 guests. Dave and his staff did an amazing job and the evening was truly memorable.
This past spring, in my capacity as an executive member of the Vancouver Bar Association, I planned and hosted a spring gala at the Vancouver Art Gallery. Hiring VIP for the event was a given. As expected, everything turned out perfectly thanks to Dave and his staff. I had not organized a party at that level before with over 500 guests. Breakfast Martini
A great martini recipe......love it in the mornings instead of coffee sometimes...it's called the Insomniac 1.5 oz Van Goh Espresso Vodka .5 oz Tia Maria 2 oz cold espresso. Put all in a shaker with ice, shake and then strain into a cold martini glass. Even better if you drizzle Carmel in the glass first.
